Do you do samples?
Blank samples are available for you to look at before ordering. An artwork mockup is also always supplied for your approval before production commences.

How do I order and what happens then?
Ordering is easy – simply email your order and artwork to the Impression team. The order process is simple, you will be contacted with an artwork proof for your sign-off, the product will then go into production and be dispatched for fast delivery.

How long does it take to get my promotional gear?
95% of our products have a three-week turnaround from the day you approve your artwork. If you have a tighter timeframe, please sing out to the team and they’ll see what they can do for you.
